Acacia Cafe is the brainchild of Dawn Brooks-Rapp, a chef and life-long culinarian. Chef Rapp is not only a culinary school graduate and an expert at creating good food, she is also a Registered Nurse, mother, wife, horse show supporter, and all around go getter!
In order to keep up with this new pace in life, Dawn decided to take her wholesome and delicious recipes and bring them on the road. All food items will be prepared from local, natural, and organic produce.
