Liv & Lov is locally made, globally minded handcrafted recycled silver and 14 kt gold filled jewelry. Every piece is designed, created and polished by the artist, Dora Szekely. The designs are inspired by nature, geometric forms, and connections. But above all by beauty, all pieces no matter the inspiration are created to be admired and beautiful. Recently reviewed by Bob Curley in SO RI, “Szekely’s Eastern European heritage is evident in the colors and shapes she favors in her Liv & Lov designs, while her passion for environmental preservation is reflected in the necklaces and earrings that resemble bare tree branches hung with green onyx, Peruvian chalcedony and other semi-precious stones, as well as beads made from the Job’s Tears plant.”

Her goal is to help develop ethical metal alternatives that are good from the source, for miners and the environment. Starting by helping with the current Fairtrade and Fairmined gold initiatives while developing silver.
